All the parts we use are of the highest quality. We buy in quantity and pass the savings on to you. We also sell parts directly if you would like to repair your device yourself.

All iPods are disassembled, cleaned, and thoroughly examined. The diagnostic process is simple: known working components are installed into your device and used to determine and isolate exact issues. We will contact you once the problem has been identified and give you a repair estimate. We won’t make any repairs that aren’t authorized by you.

Shipping

We use the United States Post Office to ship our repaired products to our customers. We insure each shipment for fair market value and will ship devices with receipt signatures required if requested.

Warranty

We warranty all of our repairs for the life of the device and will gladly repair, free of charge, any device that fails to perform due to the failure of an iPod Guy repaired part. Simply ship the device back to us, we’ll repair it and ship it back to you at our expense. We stand behind our work and we support our customers.
